Essential:
Degree in Business Management.
 
Key Tasks: - Manage internal advertising of vacancies in Trinidad.
- Manage placement of media advertisements.
- Screen application.
- Conduct HR interviews and shortlist.
- Ensure the company recruitment  process is adhered to in Trinidad.
- Manage the induction process in Trinidad.
- Ensure all HR related documentation is submitted to Barbados in timely fashion.
- Ensure payroll information is submitted for all starts/leavers.
- Advise manager/supervisor at the end of probation period and ensure review takes place using relevant documentation.
- Be the ‘front line’ person in Trinidad for grievances, disciplinary procedures and ensuring that company HR policies are communicated and adhered to.
- Manage all Trinidad HR issues swiftly and in accordance with company policy, keeping all relevant people informed at all times.
- Oversee maintenance of attendance log.
- Provide Group Health and Medical Plan information to all staff.
- Ensure all vacation dates are submitted and updated accordingly.
- Ensure all contributions are submitted for intranet - news, promotions (All information related to the company and the employees only).
- Complete contracts and job letters for all Trinidad staff.
- Exit Interviews.
- Liaise between management and staff.
- Manage internal communication from Trinidad Office.
- Keep Barbados Office updated on staffing information.
- Any other duties as necessary
