Duties:

Manages delivery of
regional and local applications in compliance with the regional
standards and policies .
Manages the relationship, act as a liaison and single point of
contact between Business and Technology Support groups.
Supports coordination of Continuity of Business for Trinidad,
Barbados and Bahamas Corporate sites.

- Over 10 years Experience in IT at Financial Institutions. |
| Key Tasks: |
- Manage Shrink Wrapped, End User,
Production, Quality Assurance and Development environments for major
Business Applications, End User Computing and locally developed
applications.
- Provides Technical and Service support to Cash Management and
E-Business Units.
- Provides company corporate Web Mastering implementation and
technical support services.
- Implements and coordinates local and regional technology projects
in accordance with the strategic objectives of the business.
- Project management of new and existing technologies relevant to
the business.
- Change management for all local and regional business
applications.
- Interprets business/user requirements and provides analysis/design
data and the functional specifications for any development requested
for business applications and PC environments.
- Coordinates with business managers and staff to provide
independent user acceptance testing of System modules with detailed.
- Develops, presents and manages the dissemination of System
features, procedures and training material.
- Monitors use of systems with emphasis on efficiency of operations
and information integrity and security.
- Ensures compliance with regional and local policies and standards.
- Maintains all documentation as required by Regional centers,
Technology coordinators and Corporate Information Technology
Management Policy and other related standards and
procedures.
- Completes and signs off Product Control Function Checklist and
Departmental Control Checklists on a timely basis.
- Maintains contact with the bank via pager/telephone and provides
support as required by management.
