Solution Sales Professional

Duties: |
Responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the
sales process in support of the company's Business Solution
opportunities. Provide deep business and industry knowledge to
support both partners and customers as they assess and determine
investment in business solutions. Responsible for supporting
partner events and communications to ensure increased awareness of
the company's solutions.

Requirements: |
Education:
Essential:
A Bachelor degree, Masters or MBA.
Desirable: CPA, MCSE or MCP and knowledge of Great
Plains.
Work Experience:
5 – 8 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Business Solutions product line(s) or a related ERP
solutions are strongly preferred for individuals who fill this
role.
- Strong communication ability - both written and oral.
- Knowledge of the technology industry with an ability to analyze
and communicate a technical solution in simple, customer-oriented
terms. - Effectively execute the business solutions sales process,
this individual is also required to understand sales methodologies,
sales management, virtual sales coordination and negotiation.
- Ability of this individual will be measured in terms of quota
attainment while maintaining strong and positive working
relationships our partners and the sales team.

Key Skills: |
- Responsible for developing partner capacity, and supporting the
development of a partner's technical sales capability through
coaching, training, mentoring, joint selling and joint marketing
with key partners in a given geography.
- Assist regionally to drive strategic sales opportunities.
- Assist the region and area in building and managing business
process-oriented sales opportunities, particularly within the
partner channel.
- Maximize long term revenue growth, successful deployments,
customer satisfaction and solutions by teaming up with the company's
field sales, services and partner resources.
- Work closely with the Partner Account Managers and the partner
readiness team to assist partners in the selling advantages that the
company brings to the common business processes in sales
opportunities.
- Demonstrates very concise and effective communication with
customers, establishes and maintains strong working relationships
with partners to close sales opportunities, articulates scenario
strategies with an understanding of both the customer's business and
competitive landscape, demonstrates listening skills resulting in
customer satisfaction, delivers highly effective strategic
presentations to audiences of all sizes - including the largest and
most technically and competitively challenging, participates in
joint account planning with top partners when needed by Partner
Account Management. |
