• Analysis of the Telecom Infrastructure to ensure optimal operation and make recommendations where applicable.
•  Ensure Telecommunication Infrastructure is adequately provisioned to support the business needs and priorities.
• Analysis of Performance and Capacity data to support business initiatives as they are required. 
• Analysis of the Telecommunication Infrastructure to reduce the occurrence of downtime.
• Ensure that audit requirements are met within the Telecommunications area and all exceptions are documented and approved.
• Develop maintenance schedules and oversee the execution based on set schedules.
• Decompose and analyze all IP traffic data as necessary and provide trending and resource utilization reports.
•  Review all operational performance logs in the proactive management of the environment.
