Duties: |
Responsible for leading business development and client relation
activities in named Major Accounts for a multi-national Information
Technology company operating in the Caribbean. Also for ensuring that
revenue growth, profit margins, customer satisfaction and market share
objectives are achieved.

|
Requirements: |
Education:
A Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science, although Work
Experience may substitute.
Working Experience:
Preferably 3+ years in selling IT Infrastructure/Technology
Solutions
Technology knowledge a definite plus
Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
Customer service driven
Experience dealing with both customers and sales personnel, at all
levels
High Level of Initiative and Strong Business Judgment

Key Tasks: |
Proactively retain and develop client relationship in major accounts
Provide support for Strategic Account sales and business development
activities when necessary
Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular
close contact account management (regular face to face meetings,
telephone and email communication)
Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue
opportunities
Ensure customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded.
Spend over 75% of the time working with end-user clients and major
account prospects
Produce weekly and monthly account forecast and account plans as
required
