Duties: Responsible for leading business development and client relation activities in named Major Accounts for a multi-national Information Technology company operating in the Caribbean. Also for ensuring that revenue growth, profit margins, customer satisfaction and market share objectives are achieved.
 
Requirements:

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, although Work Experience may substitute.

Working Experience:
• Preferably 3+ years in selling IT Infrastructure/Technology Solutions
• Technology knowledge a definite plus
• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills
• Customer service driven
• Experience dealing with both customers and sales personnel, at all levels
• High Level of Initiative and Strong Business Judgment
 

Key Tasks: • Proactively retain and develop client relationship in major accounts
• Provide support for Strategic Account sales and business development activities when necessary
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management (regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication)
• Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities
• Ensure customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded.
• Spend over 75% of the time working with end-user clients and major account prospects
• Produce weekly and monthly account forecast and account plans as required
