Permanent Recruitment
Don’t have the time to track down suitable candidates for your technical jobs?  Do you have to source your candidates from overseas?

CRS offers a cost effective solution.  We have an extensive database of Caribbean and other nationals with a variety of technical skills.  Once you give us your requirement, this will be posted, free of charge, on our website for as long as you want.  Of course, we also search our candidate database for the closest matches to your requirement.  Contacts and referrals are other methods used to locate certain hard-to-find/unique skills.  If appropriate, we will search international databases on the Internet for candidates in the Oil and Gas sector.  We pre-screen all candidates and submit only those résumés to you that we have short listed as the most suitable for the job.

Contract Resourcing
In this case, you contract CRS to perform a temporary assignment.  We assume the responsibility of ensuring the continuity and quality of the personnel assigned to the contract, so that you can focus on your own business.

Payroll Services
Would it suit you to have your contractors paid through an agency?  We offer this no-frills service for a small fixed fee.

Salary Surveys
Need to know what the market is paying for the skills you need?  CRS can provide you with up-to-date salary information taken directly from our candidate database.

FAQ'S - Frequently Asked Questions                                                              

"What is this going to cost me?"
Answer:
For permanent recruitment, there is a one-off charge (details supplied on request) once a candidate has been engaged by the client.  There is a nominal administration charge once we submit suitable candidates, and this is refundable on successful placement; otherwise there is no payment until we place someone with your organization, unless there is advertising or overseas recruitment involved. 

 

For contract recruitment, our charge is incorporated into the rate agreed for the contractor, and this is payable to CRS according to terms negotiated. We are responsible for paying the contractor as he/she is, in fact, sub-contracting to CRS.  There are no other costs unless there is advertising or overseas recruitment involved.

"But I already employ directly or have an existing agreement with another agency or consultancy company?"
Answer:
That's fine...we don't intend to upset any existing arrangements that you have, but we will be happy to tempt you with a choice of quality candidates.  It is up to you to choose at the end of the day. 

"What if I want to recruit one of your candidates directly?"
Answer: If we introduce a candidate to you, then you may not approach him or her directly for work in any capacity for a period of 12 months after his or her last job or introduction by us to you. Otherwise, you will be obliged to pay us an appropriate fee.

"What if the person CRS placed with us leaves soon after joining?"
Answer: If the person was a permanent recruit then we will refund a proportion of the fee paid if the person leaves the job for any reason within a certain period of time. This refund is subject to certain conditions defined in our Terms of Business. 

If the person was on a contract, then we will replace the person at no extra charge as soon as possible.

 

How To Use Our Services                                                                                

Simply contact us indicating your interest in using our services. We will discuss our Terms of Business with you. We encourage you to make comments and will be happy to answer your queries on this document. When you are satisfied that you want to proceed under the agreed terms, then we will arrange for both parties to sign our Terms of Business.

Once signed, there is no need to sign another one again unless our terms change. We will meet with you (if local) to define your requirements in detail. Then we will search our database for individuals matching your requirements, interview them, and submit short-listed résumés for your consideration. 

If you are using our contract services then we will generally submit a proposal outlining how we will carry out the service, together with the rates applicable. As part of our quality service, references are always followed up on our contractors . A separate Schedule defining the scope and terms of the particular job is drawn up and signed by both parties. 

Once an individual is placed, we will submit our invoice to you if it is a permanent placement. In the case of our Contract Services we will usually invoice on an agreed periodic basis as defined in the Schedule for the particular job.
